From the Urban Dictionary (www.urbandictionary.com) Namaste translated roughly, means “I bow to the God within you“, or “The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you” – a knowing that we are all made from the same One Divine Consciousness.
Now refers to the only consciousness of time one can have, we remember the past and can anticipate (or worry about) the future, but we can only live in the Eternal Now.
Combine the two, Namaste + Now = Daily Heightened Spiritual Living, simple and sweet.

Namaste Now! is a simple website of teachings and reflections. There are no accounts, comments or purchases here.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. Pages load only the site’s own styles, images, video and a small script for the menu and the signup box.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to us by email. We use them only to reply to you, and we do not sell them.
Newsletter (Kit)
Our newsletter is provided by Kit (kit.com).
If you join the list, your email address goes to Kit, a third-party email service, which handles it under Kit’s own privacy policy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — in server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
